The scope of our activities in France and abroad sees us recruit across a range of specialisations: qualified machining or assembly operators, engineers, buyers, procedural technicians, after-sales service technicians, sales, and many more.
First round applicants will be offered an initial interview to discuss your motivations, skills, experience and your professional aspirations..
This interview usually takes place by telephone.
2. Job interview
Second round applicants will then be invited to meet with the position manager, for a more in-depth discussion of your relevant technical skills, and the responsibilities and expectations of the role.
3. HR interview
Successful applications will then be invited to attend an interview with a Human Resources officer, in order to evaluate your skills and ability to integrate into the company.
Depending on the type of position, this meeting is completed with an interview with the head of department.
4. Final decision
The hiring panel then meets and the decision is communicated to applicants within three weeks.
